The ROGER team is highly trained to provide highly effective care that is specific to suicide prevention …and they get it. Each ROGER Wellness Coordinator has an advanced degree in at least one area of mental health. Team members are steeped in military culture, and many of our Wellness Center staff have served in the military or are military family members.
Our compassionate, licensed clinical social workers and licensed professional counselors are known as Wellness Coordinators.

Your clinical expertise is vital to the fight against military suicide. ROGER is the wellness service of Stop Soldier Suicide. We are searching for licensed clinical social workers or licensed counselors with current and valid credentials in any of the 50 U.S. states. Our counselors have access to a robust paid time off package, continuing education credits, and licensing assistance for additional states.
