SMS Terms of Service

By opting into mobile messaging from ROGER Wellness Services, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.

1. Program Description: ROGER Wellness Program text messages are sent to share information about our services or provide therapeutic support. SMS/text messages may include appointment alerts, resources, check-in messages, etc. and may, at times, be sent via an automated workflow.
2. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your personal care needs and your engagement with our ROGER Team.
3. Cost: Message and data rates may apply. ROGER Wellness Program does not charge for sending or receiving text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates for text messaging and data will still apply.
4. Supported Carriers: Standard text messaging is available on all major US and Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How to Opt-Out (Stop): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP. After texting STOP, you will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in by replying with START.
6. How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or have questions

7. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data collected through our SMS program.
